Materials can be purchased direct from the producer, or from a distributor that carries a range of materials. In addition to basic raw materials such as fabrics, prepregs, resins and cores, distributors also carry ancillary materials such as consumables and fasteners. Catalog suppliers tend to cater to the hobbyist and small manufacturer.
